As everyone knew, Causeway Bay will be one of the top choices when it comes to Japanese food. One of my colleagues recommended me to this Japanese restaurant as they serve high quality sashimi. As he told me that it was just a small store seating around 10 people, i tried to reach at 12pm to beat the lunch crowd.  They sold mainly sashimi, with or without rice. Apple cider - As the weather was really too hot recently, I ordered a bottle of apple cider to cool down. 
It was from Japan and the drink was sparkling sweet. It was refreshing as well, helping to cool down.

Omakase set lunch - It was served in a tray, with 2 sides dishes and a soup. Salad was fresh and crunchy, and the sesame tofu was icy smooth, with a touch of sesame. Miso soup was served pipping hot, clear and tasty. It came in 5 sashimi and the serving was huge, almost covering all the rice beneath. Sea urchin was placed on top of a slice of cucumber, creamy and buttery. The texture of the surf clam sashimi becomes a little on the rubbery side, but it remains soft enough that it’s still very tasty and fits well with the rice. Salmon was buttery and rich, while toro was soft and creamy, melting in my mouth.
