Tucked away inside a nondescript building in Wan Chai, the private kitchen Flowerdrum 🌸 provides high quality Cantonese cuisine 🍽 with their evolutionary treatment. The dinner began with the starter 鷸蚌相爭 made from sweet and briny geoduck and chicken🐓. I also loved the vegetable soup (素三蔬不盡綠無窮) 🌱with pumpkin🎃, chayote, yam, bamboo pith🎋, which has an extra nourishing addition of the matsutake🍄.
