Perfect grab and go after a gym session at pure. Packed with protein. I love the protein shake as I am a great peanut butter fan. It kept me full for quite a bit. The bagel was nice and I love avocado so can’t complain. It’s the best post workout breakfast not to mention it’s very convenient. The only downside is that it’s on the pricier end but eating healthy and staying healthy is wealth.
