After this brand launches in Hong Kong for quite some time, I finally made a trip to the shoplocating at IFC. The design of the restaurnat is very modern and there is a hybrid mix of outdoor and indoor seating. Shakeshack does a good job in turning roadside burger into a delicious, modern, photogenic one. The angus beef burger is the best burger I have ever had in Hong Kong, the patty itself is juicy, tender and hot. The other signature dish -- cheesy fries comes with the famous cheese sauce (which is allegedly a secret blend of American cheese and cheddar cheese) fully melted and hanging on the crinkle cut fries. The portion is very generous and the food are really yummy.
Another recommendation is the fried portobello mushroom, the mushroom is indeed very juicy and mind-blowing considering that it is just veggie. The taste is absolutely stunning. For drinks, I love to get the shackmade lemonade, very fresh, citric and counter balance the oiliness that other dishes may give you. Great restaurant it is.
