Next up was the lobster bisque which was both flavorful and smooth, the perfect start to the meal
As an appetizer, we got the truffle ravioli which was absolutely delicious. Not too heavy on the cream, the raviolis were delicately made with a thin wrapping around a delicious interior. The truffle sauce was fragrant and not overwhelming which was great.
For mains, I got the lobster thermidor whilst my partner ordered the prawn and squid ink spaghetti. Both were beautifully presented and very fresh. Seasoning was spot-on and really brought out the flavor of the seafood
To finish, we got the dessert platter which was a delightful end to the meal.
