Arrived at 12 with no booking and was pleasantly surprised to be seated right away. The staff who showed me to the table gave me the full menu only. I was left alone for 5 minutes before I could find a waitress to get the lunch set menu. No glass of water was provided. Not a very happy camper at that point. Finally ordered the Wagyu set lunch with a Caesar salad ($98 + 10%; drinks are extra starting at $20). Requested dressing on the side unsuccessfully coz everything is mixed together. Oh well.

Didn't have to wait long before I got the salad. Good portion size. Romaine lettuce looked fresh with crunchy bacon bits and croutons. Not bad at all. Dressing was so so... no anchovies... it would have been nice to get less of the dressing coz it's slightly heavy.
Before I got to finish the salad, the server already brought out the burger. I was torn about that coz I didn't want my burger to get cold yet I couldn't help but bathe in the smell of freshly cooked fries and Wagyu meat. As soon as I cut into the burger, I could see how juicy it was and have to say it was very impressive! The burger was cheesy and tender and I would highly recommend it!
After my food was served, there was no sighting of my waiters and no refill of water. If I go back, I would go back for the food, but not for the experience! 😓
