There's a new thai restaurant located right in the alley way of parkes street. Decoration of the place is quite interesting: retro style. The servers were all young and energetic. Could be a bit more attentive if I wanted to be picky about it, but generally speaking they were very nice. Ordered a variety of dishes from skewers to curry. 🍢Pork Skewer $15: grilled to perfection! with the pork. Satay sauce was thick with a heavy peanut flavour🍢Beef Tongue Skewer $22: nice thick cut with great text

🍢Pork Skewer $15: grilled to perfection! with the pork. Satay sauce was thick with a heavy peanut flavour
🍢Beef Tongue Skewer $22: nice thick cut with great texture! Glad we ordered two! Especially loved the thai spicy sauce. It had a serious kick and was a great match!
🍢Chicken Gizzard Skewer $13: this was way too dry, it became tough instead of chewy. Would probably be better if the pieces were not cut into such tiny pieces
🍢8 inch Tiger Prawn Skewer $32: big sized tiger prawns as promised. While it was a tad bit dry, the texture was good, and the shrimp flavour was maintained. Also dipped it in the spicy thai sauce for extra moisture
🦐Appetizer Platter $68: consisted of spring rolls, fried shrimp cake and chicken wings stuffed with glutinous rice. The spring rolls were average, shrimp cakes were as expected. Chicken wing had crispy skin but the meat maintained tender and the glutinous rice added good texture. Overall appreciated the platter was not drenched in oil despite everything being fried
🥘Soft Shell Crab Curry $168: great value for money!! Lots of soft shell crab even when shared amongst two people. The sauce was dense and flavourful. Also liked how it came heated, so that the curry would not clog up.
Overall enjoyed my meal here, and one last perk was that the restaurant had really good air conditioning!
