There are quite a number of Japanese Sushi Rice shops in CWB, and this new one, offers quite an interesting way of sushi rice, and this night, the shop was full house too. My queen ordered the special offer tonight, a Hand Full of Shrimp Sushi Rice... that's you got a chance of grabbing a hand full of shrimps to be offered in your bowl of rice... her hand is not as big as mine, and so, I volunteered to do the catch... too bad, my hand can only hold 7 Bir Shrimps, while I was told the record in the shop is 12... and from the picture, you can see that their size are really BIG...
Shrimps are quite sweet, but my queen is not particularly fond of the raw shrimp overall, and she suggested to swap the dinner with me... ha ha... indeed, not everyone can enjoy that much of shrimp at one time. I have eaten 5 of them in total, and I can already feel a bit guilty when I started taking the 3rd one.. so, be warned that when you have these big shrimp sashimi, you may have the "over" feeling at certain point. For Shrimp lover, of course it's really a good deal - HKD98 only.
