Good food bad service

We came to the restaurant ard 12noon, found out our table was close to the kitchen, so asked the waiter to switch to another table. Then a hk local waiter showed us a smaller table and said that's the only one choice. Actually there's nobody arrived ard. I asked for a similar table with sofa, so we could celebrate my birthday comfortably, the waiter refused and said you have no other choice, and it's not allowed to have stuff from outside to take pics here, which is just a flower box!(and I saw

I asked for a similar table with sofa, so we could celebrate my birthday comfortably, the waiter refused and said you have no other choice, and it's not allowed to have stuff from outside to take pics here, which is just a flower box!(and I saw some girls already took pics with that on Instagram) He's so rude, and acted unlike a staff in a michelin restaurant. We sat down in the smaller table, and until some guests left, We asked another waitress, She said it's okay to switch to another table n take pics with the flower box. Unbelievably until the end of the meal I finally enjoyed kind of professional service. Worst experience ever.
