Exquisite fine dining. Truly everything is so high quality and nicely presented. Came for lunch, I picked a $1288 which includes 4 courses. You could either pick:- 2 appetisers + 1 main + 1 dessertOr- 3 appetisers + 1 mainScroll all the way down for full menu ❤️Starting with soft & warm authentic French bread with delicious champagne butter & truffle butter.Then came a complimentary appetiser which was not on the menu.My 1st appetiser I chose from the menu is this Petrossian Steluga Caviar Gamber

My 1st appetiser I chose from the menu is this Petrossian Steluga Caviar Gamberoni & Tuber melanosporum (+ $108)
The shrimps are tender, sweet and fresh, the caviar is just excellent. Beautiful match.:

A salad I requested outside the menu as one of the appetiser, as I don’t see any vegetables available and I want to keep my fibre intake in check. (Wish I said less dressing)
Main dish :
Skate Wing’s cheeks with black truffle sauce and mushroom emulsion.
So fine & interesting. I’m not sure if I had skate wing (魔鬼魚) before. I think it tastes like crab meat. They take the most tender part of the fish which is it’s cheeks.

Desserts:
I chose 3 appetisers so no desserts. But they have a dessert cart and you can choose as many from these as you like.
Heart shaped chips 💛
Worth noting I always thought the cappuccino here is my favourite in HK.
