Treated myself and the folks for a birthday lunch at this Michelin-starred restaurant. The chef is a Sicilian and of course we ordered all seafood dishes . We were first showcase a cart of olive oil ranging from light to strong flavor! I was so impressed. Indeed a 5-star hotel. Then, we are served with an amouse-bouche before our 4-course lunch. . We were first showcase a cart of olive oil ranging from light to strong flavor! I was so impressed. Indeed a 5-star hotel. Then, we are served with an amouse-bouche before our 4-course lunch. As for desserts, I was in love with the pistachio cakes and tiramisu. They were so delicious that I could two of each lol. Given it’s a birthday celebration, the chef even made a plate of extra desserts and wrote my name on it. The staff was polite and attentive. Thank you for completing my birthday meal with a happy smile and belly.
