Came by for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised by the fine dining experience. The buffet breakfast was ~$180HKD/person. There was plenty of selection for breakfast. Pastries included croissants, danishes etc. On the HK style dim sum side, there was congee, HK dim sum, noodle soup etc. On the American side, there was hash browns, eggs, ham etc. On the Japanese side, there was soup, rice, grilled fish etc.There was also an exotic side featuring cured Italian meats, stir-fried E-Fu noodles alon

Service throughout the entire meal was excellent. The wait staff picked up my empty plate every time I stepped away from my table and refilled my orange juice every time I took a sip. ...the Orange juice is freshly squeezed too!!!
...if it weren't for the price, I would come back everyday!
