Uncle Ching From Kuching

I have a Singaporean belly coz I spent 7 years there. And Laksa to me is in the SG style with tones of coconut milk and very dense/thick favouring. This is very much different from what I was expecting.
Even if I take away my presumption (coz it would be unfair) of the laksa soup, the soup in this store was still plain. The spicy oil was floating on top without a good mixture with the soup below, and the flavour therefore not as good.

And the teh C, very weird taste.

From checking on others’ photo, there has been a 30% increase in the price… well.
