Kuma ramen had all the components of a good ramen meal - noodle texture was on point, broth was delicious and the toppings were decent. The ramen selection is customisable to the likes of Butao and Ichiran, i.e. You can select noodle firmness, richness in terms of oil quantity etc. everything except for spice level. If you want a spicy ramen you'll have to get the red kuma, and the rest are not spicy, nor is there any chili powder you can add to it.The broth here is creamier than other places. W
The broth here is creamier than other places. We had the fish broth one which was creamy and flavorful and the red kuma which wasn't the spiciest out there because it was again balanced by the creaminess but nevertheless it was yummy.
