Baroness is great at making black sugar bubble milk with sweet potato, ginger, and Thai tea. I picked this sweet potato one to try, as it’s colourful and I haven’t had any great sweet potato drink for a while.
I love the bubbles. They were freshly cooked and served warm. They were quite fluffy and soft indeed, but yet still a bit chewy. The sweet potato was awesome! It added a great non-artificial flavour to the milk, and went well with the bubbles. I opted for no added sugar other than the black sugar, and the sweetness was just right to me.
I might want to try out other bubble milk next time, especially the ginger one which looks so good for winter! Hope Baroness is still here when I visit next time. Finger crossed.
