We have ordered a four people dinner set at around 7 30 pm , most of the food were served , however, the fish didn’t come when we have finished all the dishes. We asked the waiter and the staff said they are preparing the fish . 15 minutes more passed by, we asked again, they said they forgot to cook the fish and asked if we mind to wait for 8 minutes of cooking time . When it comes to the bill, we paid with credit card , however, when we checked the bill carefully , they have additionally charged us the fish dish which was supposed to be included in the dinner set .. what’s wrong with this restaurant? They didn’t say sorry at all and the attitude was very rude .
Completely disappointed with the service , I seldom write opinions like this , but this time is utterly ‘ memorable ‘
