If you are looking for something hot and fast, go to Amphawa. Amphawa is a coastal area in Thailand. The ships there are busy in selling food, like those in Sai Kung. This is a little introduction that I have read while waiting outside the restaurant. I guess the chefs and waitresses are Thai people which gives me an impression that the food there will be quite a representation of the local Thai food. There are satay grilled delights selling at the door. You can also order those in the food store. But my friend and I didn't go for that. We picked the traditional dishes - pineapple fried rice and morning glory with Balachan.

The morning glory is yummy and hot. The garlic on top adds the flavor to the whole dish. I am impressed that the veggie is not salty and oily.
All-in-all, the food is efficiently prepared. I would suggest ordering the third dish if you go in pairs, and so on.
题外话/补充资料：
No service charge. There are around 10 tables so you may need to wait for some time if you go in large groups.
