Book左位 都要你等20分鐘以上，完全唔合邏輯。特別是係母親節咁嘅節日，其他餐廳都大排長龍，完全打亂曬成個計畫。為左令佢地班唔識睇中文嘅staff睇得明，我決定打英文。I reserved a table on Mother’s Day and arrived there 5 mins early. JUST CANCEL IT
I don’t understand your arrangements. You could have called to confirm with me instead of telling me there’s no table and making us wait 20 minutes or more.
Your failed operational practices ruined my entire Mother’s Day plan, especially when every restaurant was packed, and I had no immediate seating options.
