Central quality but Central price. We come here for Japanese dinner when we don’t feel like venturing out. There is robatayaki on the ground floor, with sushi and teppanyaki upstairs. I like coming for the jumbo chicken wing. The skin is crispy, meat is done just right. Don’t bother ordering sushi if you are sitting on the ground floor- the seaweed gets damp like tissue paper. I ordered the chopped toro 手卷 and found a fish scale/bone on my first bite. I told the server and handed her the scale/

I ordered the chopped toro 手卷 and found a fish scale/bone on my first bite. I told the server and handed her the scale/bone in a napkin. Lucky me- first time find a scale/bone in toro. Server offered to change it but I said no need. Found a second scale/bone which was stuck between my teeth, which I finally managed to get out. And took photo. Server offered to change it again but I preferred to cancel the whole order. Didnt wanna try anything else prepared by that chef. They freed my green tea IceCream afterwards for my trauma.
