當滿街都是倒模般的連鎖式冰室，深耕大坑逾70年的 炳記茶檔，更顯其地道香港風味的珍貴。一早到訪，胃口暫未容納到名物豬扒麵，點了 鹹牛肉蛋多士烘底，烤過的吐司鬆脆而不硬，內裡夾著鹹牛肉炒蛋，鹹香飽肚，簡單而滿足。再來一杯熱奶茶，入口香滑，茶味厚而不澀。個人更愛以煉奶取代淡奶的「茶走」，甜度更溫潤，茶奶比例恰到好處。

Amidst countless chain eateries, Bing Kee Cha Dong in Tai Hang, with over 70 years of history, truly embodies authentic Hong Kong flavor. The Corned Beef Scrambled Egg Toast was perfectly crisp yet soft, filled with savory corned beef and scrambled eggs, simple yet satisfying. Their hot milk tea was smooth and rich, with my personal preference of milk tea with condensed milk, bringing gentle sweetness and ideal tea-to-milk ratio.
