這是我首次品嚐印尼菜,心懷期待與好奇。走入店內,明亮整潔的環境與熱情的笑容令人倍感溫馨,為一場跨越文化的味蕾之旅拉開序幕。
第一道呈上的是gado-gado,由多種新鮮蔬菜組合而成,配以酥脆的蝦片與濃郁香醇的花生醬,層次豐富,令人回味無窮。
接著是kare ayam mee,這道麵食的亮點不在於麵條,而在於那清新而不油膩的湯底,湯頭純淨、令人心曠神怡。特別值得一提的是,店家獨特的炸蛋,外酥內嫩,為整體增添一份驚喜。
最後是sate ayam,傳統的烤雞串,雞肉本身普通,但搭配由印尼沙嗲醬、花生醬與甜醬油調製的醬汁,風味濃郁,令人味蕾為之一振。

In the busy heart of Kwun Tong, there is a restaurant that has received Michelin recognition for twelve consecutive years. Last month, I planned to visit but had to wait due to closures.
This was my first time trying Indonesian cuisine. The bright, clean environment and warm staff made me feel welcome.
I started with gado-gado, a vegetable salad with crispy prawn crackers and rich peanut sauce—delicious and satisfying.
Next was kare ayam mee, featuring a clear, refreshing broth and a crispy fried egg—unique and comforting.
Finally, sate ayam, grilled chicken skewers with a flavorful peanut and soy sauce, was truly delightful.
