星期六的晚飯時間，夜上海坐無虛席。早上預先訂了個火炯翅，期望可以品嚐時更入味。結果，並沒有令我們失望，火炯翅加火腿燉出來的湯很是濃郁，正！此外，鎮江淆肉也藉得推介，肉質鮮嫩、入口即溶、啫喱和肉混合得宜，正！今夜，我的舌尖享受了一頓美味佳餚。It's full house last night. Aiming to have better taste of the soup, love it or not, we had shark fin soup with traditional Chinese ham which was previously reserved. End up the soup was still the most impressed course of the dinner, other than the cold dish jelly pork. If you want a high quality of Shanghai food, this could be one of your choices!
