夾起要用湯匙托住,輕輕咬開個小口,啲湯汁多到湧出嚟!飲啖湯先,超鮮甜嘅蟹粉味立即充滿成個口腔~再睇真啲,入面係超足料嘅蟹粉同豬肉餡,蟹粉多到形成金黃色瀑布,甘香濃郁得嚟完全唔腥,真係真材實料!
點少少浙醋同薑絲一齊食,更加帶出蟹粉嘅鮮味。個包皮雖然薄,但夠韌性唔會一夾就穿,功夫唔錯!
