Dissatisfied with the seating arrangement, we decided to leave temporarily. Shockingly, the server canceled our reservation immediately without asking if we would return by 1:00 PM. Throughout the interaction, the server’s attitude was rude and impatient, showing no interest in accommodating us and giving the impression of deliberately driving us away.
我们于12:15提前到达,服务员却以“你们早到”为由,态度冷淡地带我们到一个不舒适的座位。我们提出更换至三人均有靠背的座位,服务员称其他座位已被预订。然而,我们清楚看到餐厅内有空位,且无任何预订标识。出于对座位安排的不满,我们选择暂时离开,但服务员未经询问即取消我们的预订,完全未考虑我们可能于1点返回。整个过程,服务员态度恶劣,毫无耐心,缺乏基本的客户服务意识,令人感到被刻意驱赶。
如此服务态度严重影响用餐体验,也损害了贵餐厅的声誉。我强烈要求贵餐厅调查此事,改善服务质量,并提供合理解释及正式道歉。
