燒烤肉類一直都是菲律賓菜中常見的美食，但很多時候燒烤會令肉類的水分抽乾。看這道菜式的外皮燒得金黃香脆，但卻完全沒有這個情況，一咬進去肉質便會緩緩地滲出來，雞肉鮮嫩，雞皮亦非常香口，又不會太過肥膩。午市套餐可以選擇配白飯，配蒜蓉飯，怕肥膩的人士就可以像我一樣選擇配生菜，或加十元配椰菜花飯

For the lunch set, one can choose from white rice, garlic rice, and for those who are concerned about oily dishes, one can opt for the lettuce option like myself or add ten dollars to have it with cauliflower rice.

The waiter recommended these two sauces to complement the flavor of grilled food. The transparent sauce is sour, sweet, slightly spicy, and has an appetizing effect. As for the red sauce, it is mainly spicy and somewhat similar to the Chaozhou chili sauce.

午餐還附上飲品，選擇了熱檸茶，沒有太大的特別
