傳奇畫家梵高的經典畫作《星夜》透過詩人歌手 Don McLean為此名畫而作曲填詞的 《Vincent》而更加膾炙人口，我也因此而認識這位悲情天才畫家。所以當我踏進這間名為 Starry Night的餐廳的時候，心裡早已在想，這餐廳的名字是否真如我所料與梵高有關。
事實果然不出我所料，這餐廳不僅在其中一面牆上掛有梵高的《星夜》彷製品，餐廳內每張木座椅上也都印有 Starry Night的字樣，餐廳微黃的燈光帶給人恬靜的感覺，是一個靜靜地用餐的好地方，不過我想，要是這兒能夠輕聲地播放著音韻悠揚悅耳的 Don McLean的《Vincent》的話，我一定會更加投入於梵高《星夜》的世界中。
兩口子撐檯腳吃的是這兒推出不久的「威靈頓牛柳二人套餐」（$598/2位），份量挺多，都幾豐富。
兩杯 Mocktail為這天的晚餐揭開序幕，No Sex on the Beach成分有 Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Peach Syrup, Grenedine和 Fresh Mint，味道稍酸，果味甚濃，同樣沒有酒精的 Virgin Mojito清涼解渴，也是夏日佳品。
開胃頭盤有兩個選擇，一個是「日本磯燒鮑魚」，另一個是「輕煎鵝肝」，兩個頭盤都吸引，這個既是二人餐，正好魚與熊掌，兩者兼得。
「日本磯燒鮑魚」軟腍彈牙，味道也好，伴以少許開胃的田園沙律和蕃茄沙沙，挺好。
「輕煎鵝肝」肥厚大件，外圍早經煎得微脆，散發著誘人的香氣，裡面仍然保持膏腴膩滑，甘香味美，配以開胃解膩的蘋果紅酒汁和少許沙律菜與薄身脆多士，也很不錯。
湯雖沒有選擇，只有「周打蜆湯」一款，但奶味香甜，口感濃滑，材料也多，也能令人感到滿意。
「蒜香海鮮扁意粉」是餐廳給予客人選擇的8款飯或意粉中的其中一款。這菜式的扁意粉頗彈牙和帶蒜香，但份量就不是太多，不過海鮮倒是挺多的，大蝦和蜆都好味，不過魷魚圈就沒有怎麼調味過，味道太淡。
這套餐的主角「傳統英式威靈頓牛柳」壓軸出場。早已被一分為二的牛柳在黑石板上各據一方，板中央放了些沙律菜作為點綴，圍繞著牛柳的則是一些不同顏色的醬汁。兩夫妻分別把屬於自己的一份牛柳放上自己的碟子上，用刀叉從上而下把包著牛柳的香脆酥皮連同裡面的牛柳切開，色澤嫣紅的軟腍牛柳肉，外層的香脆酥皮，早已塗釀在牛柳和酥皮之間的濃味釀野菌和鵝肝，一起混和在嘴巴裡面，立刻成為滿有層次的美味。
兩夫妻可以在星夜裡悠閒地吃著水準不俗的晚餐，與生前懷才不遇，患上了精神病，最後更吞槍自殺, 鬱鬱而終，死後才聲名大噪，在畫壇地位斐然的悲情畫家梵高相比，實在幸福多了。《Vincent》
