Extremely disappointed with the service at 神燈. We had a confirmed booking for 7:30 PM tonight, but when we arrived, we were told that they couldn't seat us and we wait until 8 PM. It's unacceptable to confirm a reservation and then not have a seat for us at the agreed-upon time. We ended up waiting for over half an hour and were extremely frustrated with the lack of communication from the staff. We won't be returning to this establishment and would advise others to avoid it as well. #poorservice
