The dry noodles mixed with scallion oil are quite fragrant, and the minced beef has a unique character. Although the sauce is very rich, it balances well with the noodle sauce, giving an overall light feeling. The texture is really special, and I’ll definitely come back for more next time! The total bill is HK$56, including a drink, which is a great value.
