自從開業以來就一直光顧，主要是來享用他們的週末早午餐，可以在週末慢活一下，洗去一星期工作的煩惱，非常愜意。非常喜歡酒店的裝修風格——有品味、低調、舒適。食物的擺盤有心思、精緻，價格合理。好幾年的生日都是在這裡慶祝。前幾年在戶外增設了BBQ燒烤食物，非常驚喜。近一年改為海鮮拼盤，一杯葡萄酒也不錯。昨天再次造訪，被主菜震撼到了😍 廚師用小炒皇作為煎魚的配菜讓我們驚艷——魚皮依舊酥脆，炸魚乾非常美味。這樣的組合既創新又搭配得完美！
I've been supporting this place since it opened, mainly for their WEEKEND BRUNCH. It's perfect for a relaxed weekend, wiping away the stress of a busy week. I really love the hotel's décor – tasteful, understated, and comfortable. The food presentation is beautiful and delicate, with reasonable pricing. I've celebrated my birthday here several years.
A few years ago, they set up an outdoor BBQ, which was a delightful surprise. In these years, they switched to seafood platters with a glass of wine, which is lovely too. Re-visited yesterday and was blown away by the main course😍 The chef wowed us with Stir-Fried King 小炒皇 - the cantonese signature dish, as a side dish to the pan-fried fish – the fish skin was nicely crispy as usual, and the deep-fried dried fish was incredibly delicious. This combination is innovative and perfectly matched!
