@soul.kitchen.hk 嘅北角分店我都已經幫襯過唔少次，最鍾意就係佢啲又平又大份嘅主食😎 琴日喺旺角做完嘢想搵間茶餐廳簡簡單單咁食餐飯，見到四寶難得唔洗排隊就決定睇下晚餐有咩好食🍽 呢間tiffany blue嘅裝修好搶眼，空間闊落，比其他茶餐廳座得更舒服👍🏼 Soul Kitchen has many stores around HK, and I’m visiting the branch in mk to have a quick but nice dinner. 加左蛋黃醬嘅的薯仔沙律，口感幼滑冰涼🧊 除左薯蓉入邊都撈左薯仔粒同洋蔥碎增加層次感😋 墊底個沙律菜用左柚子醬油汁調味，酸酸甜甜，越食越開胃🤰🏻
Mashed potatoes and mayo can never go wrong. They also mixed in some potato chunks and onion slices to give it some crunch. The salad in the bottom was flavoured with an appetising yuzu sauce.
煎鴨肝黑醋忌廉汁意粉 $108
Seared Duck Liver on Balsamic Vinegar Spaghetti
估唔到港式茶餐廳都有西餐食！大大塊嘅鴨肝煎得外脆內軟，味道滑腴肥嫩，加上意大利黑醋醬就可以減少油膩感🥳 忌廉減少黑醋原有嘅酸味，增加層次感同濃稠度，令每條意粉都掛滿醬汁🍝
The duck liver was seared till it was crispy on the outside, and melty on the inside. It was a bit fatty, so the vinegar cream sauce helped a lot. It was very viscous and smooth, which hung onto each spaghetti well.
韓式泡菜牛肉鬆炒飯 $88
Korean Kimchi Beef Fried Rice
呢碟飯真係好大份，自己一個黎一定食唔曬🤣 韓國泡菜香辣提味，炒入白飯後依然保持到粒粒分明，加上大白菜嘅脆甜同埋香蔥嘅香氣，層次感好豐富🍚 牛肉粒香而不膩，而且油分滲入炒飯令味道更香濃🥩
This huge plate of rice was fried with kimchi, which created a nice balance of salty and savoury. There were also bits of cabbage and scallions to elevate the flavours. The beef was tender, which it’s essence flowing into the rice.
迷你焦糖香蕉班戟 $58
Mini Caramel Banana Pancakes
咁啱下午茶時間見到人人都嗌呢個，搞到我都心郁郁💓 佢所謂嘅迷你size其實都幾大份，而且有別於平時煎出黎一塊一塊嘅班戟，佢係用平底鍋入爐焗，所以口感特別綿密鬆軟🥧上面加左一球雲呢拿雪糕，冰火交融嘅感覺真係無得輸🤤
This pancake was baked in a pan, which created a mellow texture. The combo of this with ice cream was a match made in heaven.
白桃氣泡茶 $10
Peach Tea Soda
以紅茶為基底嘅梳打散發濃郁嘅白桃香氣，因為叫左少甜所以會有微微嘅回甘，加上氣泡感令呢杯飲料變得好清爽🥤
Peach flavouring combined with red tea soda created a refreshing sweet drink with a slight bitter aftertaste.
