Much adored Cafe Gray Deluxe had closed its doors after some 10 years of operation, and < Salisterra > has taken its place since 2021.
Situated high up on the 49/F of The Upper House, Salisterra is where diners get to enjoy the same panoramic views of the skyline as from the old restaurant.
-They are currently offering an afternoon tea set with a twist - in collaboration with Matchali - including a selection of sweet bites featuring matcha. The set is served through 31/8/2022. Matcha lovers must not miss it!
We were quite satisfied with the savory bites, especially the [ beaufort and truffle gougeres (truffle cheese puffs) ] and the [ pithivier (mushroom pie) ]!
Scones come with matcha clotted cream and mango-yuzu jam. I quite liked the refreshing taste of the fruit jam; whereas the matcha clotted cream was quite heavy.
The desserts all feature Matchali's celebrated matcha or hojicha and I liked all of them being a tea lover myself (though they were a bit too sweet for our liking)!
The set comes with a coffee or tea. We had some teas which were nice. Appreciate that staff would come and refill hot water to our teapots. But it was not until I was typing this review that I realised we could have chosen Matchali's signature matcha / hojicha latte!

《Cafe Gray Deluxe》於2020年結業後，取而代之的是這家主打地中海菜的《Salisterra》
餐廳位於The Upper House 奕居的49樓，環境浪漫優美，景觀開揚
室內設計交由酒店御用設計師André Fu發揮，揉合簡約樸實與色彩
-第一次到訪，嚐嚐下午茶～
食物質素不算令人驚艷，但價錢還蠻親民
而且環境真的十分好，服務也都不錯
不妨來試試看～

多款鹹點跟甜點，味道不過不失
當中比較喜歡鹹點，而甜點也都不錯，只是對我們來說略嫌甜膩了一點 ·ࡇ·

套餐裡包括每人一杯咖啡或茶我在準備這篇食評時才知道原來可以點Matchali的招牌抹茶拿鐵／焙茶拿鐵 (;´༎ຶД༎ຶ`)
如果當時知道的話，一定會點啦！| (*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ)｡
我們各點了一杯茶 - Earl Grey, Chamomile, Jasmine Silver Needle
當中Earl Grey跟上牛奶；而Chamomile則跟上蜜糖🍯
當茶壺裡的茶快倒盡，店員就會來為我們加水，蠻貼心的 ♡

Savoury bites 鹹點
鹹點當中，最喜歡〔Beaufort and truffle gougeres 松露芝士泡芙〕跟〔Pithivier w/ mushroom and celeriac 蘑菇芹菜頭批〕兩者都用上菇類，可能是因為松露味菇味超香濃，所以印象特別深刻 ☻
另外我們都蠻喜歡〔Oxtail croquette 脆炸牛尾丸子〕
餐廳為不吃牛的朋友把這道菜改成了〔Beetroot tarte Tatin 紅菜頭反烤撻〕
另外的鴨肉甘脆都蠻不錯，朋友說有點像片皮鴨🤭

Golden raisin scones 香提英式鬆餅
英式鬆餅加入了金色提子乾一同烤製，跟普通提子乾沒什麼差別，不過味道比較淡，個人也比較喜歡這種淡淡的果香 ⸜( ˶'ᵕ'˶)⸝鬆餅質地外鬆脆、內濕潤，口感不錯！
抹醬有 Matcha clotted cream 跟 柚子芒果醬
個人比較喜歡帶清香的柚子芒果醬，吃起來也比較開胃 ( ˙ᵕ˙ )
Clotted cream混合了抹茶，但抹茶味道不算突出
塗在鬆餅上一起吃，不知為何感覺比普通clotted cream來的膩

Sweet bites 甜點
最後到甜點了～餐廳幫我們寫上生日祝福，點上蠟燭，可以拍拍照 ⸜(*ˊᵕˋ* )⸝
甜點都加入了Matchali的茶類元素，大部分為抹茶，有一款則配合了焙茶
味道對某些人來說可能會比較甜膩，但整體感覺也蠻好的
甜點當中最喜歡〔Hojicha tart w/ lemon and pear 焙茶檸檬香梨撻〕，味道清新，配上檸檬的微酸，十分好吃 ♡然後〔Mini bombolini 迷你冬甩〕也都很不錯，兩款口味包括抹茶橘子跟芝麻白巧克力
另外〔Matcha burnt cheesecake 抹茶焦香芝士蛋糕〕是這麼多款裡抹茶味最濃的，吃到最後可能會有點膩，但也蠻好吃 (⑉･̆༥･̆⑉)
