酒店大堂光洁明亮，楼底高，座位宽敞空间感十足，再加上有无敌大玻璃眺望维港景色，一入到去餐厅已经令人感到好愉悦。👌🏼沙律：提供好多种唔同嘅沙律菜选择，种类丰富。缺点系沙律酱汁普普通通，冇咩选择。橄榄油亦都好普通，唔香。👌🏼冷盘：提供一般嘅salami、烟三文鱼等，冇咩特别。👌🏼寿司刺身：正常嘅三文鱼油甘鱼吞拿鱼果类，三文鱼味道几肥美。寿司冇乜选择。👌🏼熟食：都多种类，有乳鸽、烧羊肉串、烧卖、河粉之类。🤔Muffin :  普普通通甜品：系呢度嘅highlight。放喺玻璃柜入边，卖相精致。自己最钟意系Tiramisu、斑兰蛋糕、松露朱古力。另外系熟食部仲有一款类似夹饼嘅甜品，蛋浆嘅外皮包住花生酱同椰丝。味道都唔错。虽然比起坊间有啲下午茶buffet贵少少，但系整体嚟讲，环境光亮雅致，景色优美，甜品精致，整体体验唔错。系同朋友倾计chill 下嘅好选择。…查看更多

装修冇太多改动，只系墙身、家私款式同颜色转咗。食物同之前大致相同，refill快。即制小笼包：肉嫩、汤汁清甜够多牛肉粒、鲭鱼都系即烧。牛肉过熟但唔韧，鲭鱼就正常；上汤大蚬又系过熟所以韧咗；卤水乳鸽、猪手够入味；沙爹鸡肉串啲鸡肉稔，沙爹汁偏甜。几款炸物都唔错，热辣辣、脆卜卜，虾多士入口唔太油。除沙律菜外，个人喜欢较海鲜同泰式木瓜丝沙律。鱼生新鲜，卷物就一般。榴梿夹饼出色，馅料酱爆大部分甜品保持一贯水准，但红色洛神花水状啫喱就淡而无味；豆腐软雪糕可以一试。最后叹返杯cappuccino ，喜欢以前有JW字喺上面…查看更多

I preordered this afternoon tea through an online platform(starts with K) to enjoy a slight discount.The welcome drink was a refreshing sweet tea. I would suggest waiting the ice to melt a bit as it can be a bit too sweet initially.The afternoon tea set came and it looked even more stunning with its new design with all its colorful food items.Their desserts were beautifully designed and I was impressed how much detail they put into it. The coconut latte creme had even 3 chocolate drops inside to give a panda appearance, which also happened to be my favorite dessert despite I am not usually a coconut fan. It was that good.Desserts were all good but I was blown away by their savories. The tomato with plum dressing was so juicy and refreshing. The sweetness and tartness made a lovely contrast. The wagyu was tender and juicy even for this mini toast. The lobster jelly was full of crab meat and they were definitely genrous with the caviar yet without being salty.This tea set is a bit pricier than the usual ones but definitely worth the price.
