朝头早九点见冇乜人入去食啦,嗌咗个佢话手指公嘅公司三文治,菜都冇条;唯一好处就系够热。餐肉火腿芝士蛋正常发挥。我阿妈叫咗个肠仔煎蛋多士,冇乜特别。我就要咗个Flat white,佢话同人哋唔同,即管试吓,我觉得好普通。今日嘅焦点嚟 》我阿妈唔饮咖啡叫咗杯热朱古力,上到嚟成只杯半个唇膏印仍然响杯度🤬 系血红色 (唔系浅浅一个)系半个嘴! 跟住我话仲有成个唇膏印㖞?!跟住佢话哎呀唔好意思。。。 有冇洗杯? 佢应该就咁将个杯热朱古力倒落另外只杯度。以后都唔会再来! 成间舖头得三个人佢会有几忙?

见写住syphon coffee专门店,专程嚟试一试。点咗杯Ethiopia Guji嘅虹吸,谂住比较大路,相对稳阵。\一试难忘,因为好难饮,极度失望,完全冇风味、冇果味、冇香气,净系得个苦字,亦称唔上系醇厚。虹吸式应该比手冲更能将咖啡的风味特出。即使传统日式咖啡店用深焙嘅咖啡豆,都可以将单豆咖啡嘅特性做到出嚟。所以唔关深炒浅炒事,呢杯啡系 零!风!味!劣质程度似便利店coffee! 或更差。\临走店员/ barista 问我觉得杯啡如何,我直言冇乜风味。佢竟然回应:Guji嘅特性就系甘香醇厚。我话:其实唔系,如果咁讲所有咖啡都要甘香醇厚,但系单品咖啡就系需要有风味,我系完完全全饮唔到有任何香味,唔fruity亦唔nutty……佢最后乱答话:咁要试吓11号,我完全冇睇11号系咩产地,直接走人。好明显个barista系死撑乱吹,冇诚意。\我唔知究竟系barista学艺未精,定系本身啲咖啡豆有问题。态度上亦唔似对咖啡有要求,似系想蒙混过关。对于自称虹吸式咖啡专门店而冲出如此垃圾,实在好离谱!!😡😡

我与友人饮咗好多年精品咖啡,路过见到店名叫Syphon Coffee,谂咗一阵。。。决定入去试吓。总括嚟讲,唔该店员、老板重新再学吓咖啡先开。这餐厅以精品咖啡作为卖点,几十款唔同产区嘅咖啡豆,最浅嘅已经系中炒。其实冇浅炒都唔系问题,因为日本主流都唔兴浅炒,同样带出不同咖啡豆嘅特色。好啦,所以我哋叫咗一杯中炒嘅尼加拉瓜,不过这都不是重点。重点系,店员真系唔识的:我地:「你地有无啲炒得浅啲嘅豆?」店员:「淡啲呀?」我地非常愕然,唔明佢讲乜,心谂:「乜野呀?」我地再问:「唔系,有冇炒得浅啲嘅豆?」店员:「炒得浅啲淡啲。」顿时间,我同友人真系着咗,有点想喷血的感觉我地:「炒得浅唔代表会淡啲个㖞。」店员仲要再兜,我哋已经唔想同佢讲咁多,直接嗌咗一杯。而呢杯咖啡亦都系呢位店员冲泡的。其实我只有听过,冲得薄身,而唔系淡啲。呢样系喺咖啡冲泡手法上面嘅调整,整杯咖啡唔系会淡咗,而系出嘅味道,同埋层次会唔同咗。无论你冲深炒豆或是浅炒豆,都可以调整。到我哋真系饮呢杯咖啡啦,好简单,佢带唔出一杯syphon coffee嘅特色。其实佢啲豆炒得咁深,正常都会带一点点朱古力或者焦糖甜味,二如果用syphon(虹吸),一般都会比filter / pour over甜少少,一般果甜味会更突出。好可惜我哋手上呢杯尼加拉瓜系一啲甜味都冇。嘢食真系非常之一般,价钱亦唔系好平。咖啡当然就一啲都唔值呢个价钱啦!佢嘅咖啡豆质量一啲都唔高,都要$60一杯。离开之后友人问我,「我哋系唔系好harsh?」我话:「呢间餐厅个名叫syphon coffee,以虹吸咖啡做招徕。佢咁有guts 咁样定位自己间舖头,唔系唔stand the challenge 嘛?」我成日都觉得精品咖啡,真系要入民间,而唔系继续留喺中产世界,为中产文化独有。不过,系普及精品咖啡嘅同时,唔该都唔好影衰呢种文化。我真系唔知道呢位店员,同左几多位油麻地嘅街坊讲「炒得浅啲即系淡啲」,真系唔好散播Fake News。

见相片唔差,又想食汉堡,即管试一次,午餐时间都唔满座,系舒服嘅,不过,入店后一啲咖啡味都无,唔太似佢主打多种专业咖啡店😅食物卖相基本上唔差,但就系家庭式嘅吝啬材料,变相差咗好贵黑松露意粉,差不多食唔到黑松露味,上枱好香,但系黑椒味,黑松露酱只有尾指甲大少份量,收$78有点骗人了😅如果呢个收平廿蚊系蘑菇白汁意粉会好好多,个白汁都好味,可有3-4星,但宜家只值2星彩椒烟肉味道太健康啦,太清淡,应该可以更好味牛油果夹饼(无记错的话$48),牛油果算多,酱汁少但同事都接受少汁干身,沙律菜都有点酱汁汉堡加钱转牛肉,酱汁就只有包底少少,无肉汁关系,汉堡太干,汉堡肉较实,味道浓,可能唔系手打肉,菜都算得上新鲜,不过西生菜卖相唔够好睇,除咗太干之外,味道都唔错。沙律菜有几滴沙律酱绿茶咖啡,啡味同样好淡。朱古力奶又系淡,同事甚至话淡过麦记😆以四五十蚊杯真系太贵冻利宾纳唔洗廿蚊,够味相对抵饮😅😁基本味道唔系差唔系难食,如果唔系咁孤寒吝啬所有味道材料酱汁,其实可以更好,但呢个价就太贵唔值了,尤其咖啡朱古力奶

Walked into this half empty coffee shop at lunch hour with all seated customers already served their meals. Ordered a takeaway large latte for $58 and ended up waiting for 15 minutes when my order was the only one in the kitchen. When I requested for no plastic bag, I was told by the barista that he recommended I keep it because the plastic lid was ill-fitted and that he warned me to be wary when drinking from the cup in case of spillage. I ended up drinking straight from the cup without the lid and was greeted by the underwhelming sight of a cha-chaan-teng (local fast food restaurant) looking frothless coffee that was scalding hot and nearly had my tongue burnt. I later found out from the menu that I had to add on $5 in order to get foamed milk - seriously? I have already paid $58 for a coffee which is significantly priced above average for the area. The taste was also below mediocre - I could definitely make better coffee at home with my nespresso machine. Will not recommend.
