Just happened to walk by around lunch hour and popped in to try something new. Didn’t expect much to be honest. Not a specifically eye catching place BUT what a great dining experience. Sage is started by a couple of young chefs who cooked in the HK Club, food is delicious and the plating teases my appetite even more. One of the chefs worked in Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen in UK. The great cooking was unexpected and exceeded my expectations. Location is rather remote for me, otherwise I would be eating there often.
