Tried new flavours today!!!!Pandan Kaya Mille Crêpes"Made with layers of delicate crêpes, kaya cream, and a rich pandan kaya custard, this dessert is topped with a glossy pandan-infused glaze and a dusting of coconut flakes for the perfect finishing touch."I left it overnight to consume on the next morning, still, the quality remained superb. As always, it was very easy to cut into bite size using a spoon. The crepe was super thin with sufficient cream. The pandan flavour was obvious. The slightly crispy coconut flakes really enhanced the texture and flavour quite a lot! It was a great crepe with good flavour!Matcha Yuzu Pavlova"Departing from the classic fruit-topped meringue, the Matcha Yuzu Pavlova features an unconventional exterior inspired by Gâteau aux Marrons, decorated with Kyoto matcha whipped ganache and a yuzu jelly made from fresh Ehime yuzu purée. Topped with candied yuzu zest for a citrus burst, the cake unfolds in four layers: matcha ganache, yuzu curd, shortcake sponge, and a crisp Pavlova base, offering a refined yet innovative dessert experience."This cake was super super rich in matcha, could be a little bit bitter towards the end. The combination with yuzu was quite a surprise and matcha and yuzu went so well today. My first time to see pavlova at the bottom of the cake and its crispy texture went so well with the matcha ganache and also balanced the bitter flavour of matcha very well. A very creative & delicious cake indeed!Gâteau Nuage"Gâteau Nuage translates to “cloud cake,” and that’s exactly what this sophisticated version of the classic cheesecakes offers. Cinnamon-kissed graham cracker crust meets an airy whipped cheesecake base. At the top, a thin layer of sweetened sour cream – silky finish to a perfect cheesecake."This cake was my all-time favourite. It was thick and rich in cheese as always.
