The balance of smoked salmon and a touch of caviar gave it a luxurious but not overpowering depth. Easily one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in Hong Kong.Sliced Hamachi: Fresh, clean, and delicately seasoned—refreshing start to the meal.Zucchini Flower: A rare treat! Lightly battered and filled with flavor. It’s not easy to find this dish locally, and La Taverna nails it.Octopus Salad: Tender and beautifully marinated. The octopus had just the right bite, and the citrusy dressing brought everything together.Route (Wheel) Pasta: A fun and nostalgic shape paired with a rich tomato-based sauce that clings to every crevice—comfort food done the Italian way.Seafood Soup: Warm, aromatic, and full of generous seafood pieces.
