生日最开心是什么?于我而言,莫过于自己不用费心、便可以尝试一些新餐厅,哈哈,我就是这样的肤浅!不管最终会成为喜欢或不喜欢的一家,带著轻松探索的心态去体验,倒也是件乐事!今年老公为我安排了「Juno」,我问要不要 Dress Up,老公说 Causal 便可以了,还补上太拘谨妳不喜欢的一句,能与世上最了解自己的人生活,可以省却很多口水,留待用餐消化之用!除了 Causal,「Juno」也属于我俩喜好的小型餐厅 ,主理意大利与地中海菜式,总体食物很稳阵及有一定水准,在定价不高昂的前题下,引证 2025 米芝莲必登推介并不是虚名。 虽然没有太多惊喜, 但也值得一试与支持!Chicken Liver Pate HK$120 是不错的头盘选择。 虽然只是鸡肝,但意外地肝香十足,质感也是讨人欢心的厚滑,为味蕾带来满足的自家制滋味。当然来一口酒精点缀,更是美!另一款头盘是选用了北极甜虾的 Pink Prawns Carpaccio HK$160,混著 Burrata、Mozzarella Chesse 两款芝士,北极甜虾的细腻甜美依然突出,足证货真价实!我在想假如多一点 Citrus, 整体滋味会否更突出?!意大利菜当然少不了 Pasta ,挑选了当中一道推介的 Paccheri Salsiccia HK$210。自家制的寛管意粉厚弹烟韧、挂汁力强,口感叫人喜悦!然而以猪肉肠、猪面颊肉、南法红辣椒粉构成的蕃茄汁,没有想像中的惹味,味道较偏向自然醇和的风格!Braised Ossobuco HK$280 是主菜,跟上一道同是意大利菜式。小牛膝焖炖得软硬适中,让人品尝到牛膝的肉感与特质。而软滑的薯蓉配上牛肉汁,绝对令人大乐,配菜的炭烤意大利青瓜也非常好吃!这道菜定价平易近人,光是自己买料的预算,相信也做不来!看到别人在吃 Seafood Fideos  "a la Cazuela" HK$520,我们不禁心动起来,挑战二人份的砂锅没有难度!皆因香气太诱人、蕃茄浓汁太迷人、Fideo 意大利面太逗人、西班牙红虾太撩人,最终 Seafood Fideos  "a la Cazuela"  成为整晚的大爱人!像金鱼不知饱的我俩,默默地一碗吃完再一碗,直至让锅底见天才罢休!我选了「Juno」唯一推介的  Tiramisu HK$100 作甜品,谁不知装上蜡烛后,成了我的生日蛋糕!推介果然不错,够香、够滑,湿润度拿捏得准绳,是我尝过最好吃的 Tiramisu 之一。猜不到,后头还有「Juno」预先为我准备的 Tarte Tatin,哈哈!顶著快要爆开的肚皮吃下来,没想到看似不起眼苹果塔非常好吃,低甜度配合甜香绵密的焦糖奶油,十分赞,假如能呷一口热咖啡更是不得了...... 可惜肚皮受不了,留待下次吧!也许是生日暂借的青春?也许是青春回归的幻觉?我俩当晚放任地吃了两道头盘、两道意大利面、一道主菜、两款甜品,与及一支白酒!离开时有著饱到差不多要吐的感觉,那样被我评为快感的特殊情况,随著年月的增长,实属来得要比稀土还要稀有与珍贵的偶发事件,多谢 「Juno」,多谢老公!Read More

The restaurant is nicely decorated, creating a pleasant initial atmosphere. However, the overall dining experience was not very decent and felt rushed.The food quality was mostly fair. While the seafood fideo was relatively a standout, other main courses we tried, including the duck breast, osso buco, pork ribs and black truffle pasta, were merely average and failed to impress.The main drawbacks were the cramped conditions and the pace of the meal. The tables are surprisingly small, comparable to a casual chain like Cafe de Coral, and the restaurant appears to be overbooked. This led to guests being noticeably rushed, which significantly detracted from the experience.In summary: Good for a causal meal, but not the place for a comfortable, leisurely dinner where you expect high-quality dishes across the menu.Read More
