早前圣诞节想奖励自己于是嚟到呢度锯扒🎄环境系美食嘅扒房风格唔算十分精致但系好Classic🇺🇸安排到皮革梳化位有种节日既温暖感🎁 服务不错会主动介绍食物有返酒店质素🧡 菜色黎讲Starter比较出色😋牛扒有Hit and Miss不过以节日庆祝嚟讲都算水准之上🤔⭐️ Maryland Crab Cake 🦀嚟到扒房选择都系比较经典既选择🪭 蟹肉饱满唔会太重粉浆嘅味道岩我口味🌊食到蟹肉既鲜甜💙⭐️ Clam Chowder 🐚汤头Creamy又带蚬肉嘅浓郁🤍口味平衡得好好唔会太腻但系份量略显偏少🥹⭐️ New York Strip 🗽个人比较钟意食有口感嘅Cut于是选择了New York Strip🥰 侍应介绍纯种嘅韩牛果然意外地有惊喜🇰🇷Dry Age过既牛味特别浓郁❤️ 而且火候控制得好好嫩度不输肉眼🤤⭐️ Ribeye 🥩呢度反而质素就被比下去😅 肉眼没有烧出应有嘅油香🥺 个人觉得佢哋嘅骨髓Bernaise Sauce反而有点Overpowering盖过牛肉的味道🦴⭐️ Dirty Rice 🥘烩饭入边有好多蚝仔同埋蟹肉🤪调味好有美国南部嘅地道口味👍🏻如果Jalapeno味道更浓郁会更好🌶️⭐️ Corn Creme Brulee 🌽焦糖炖蛋配上粟米系几新奇嘅配搭💛 粟米有种独特嘅咸味😙 但系因为份量偏多同埋爆谷嘅焦糖味偏重🍿整体上可能有点偏腻⭐️ Pumpkin Cheesecake 🎃Table Side切出嚟嘅气氛有加分💫 南瓜味好Earthy而且口感好Smooth🍰可以配上各种Jam🍓轻微既酸涩平衡返甜度查看更多

We had tenderloin and ribeye for beef. The meat wasn't very flavorful, but it was soft and tender, served with a few mustard selections.The crab cake is meaty, full of crab meat—no cheating here!The mac and cheese is so good, creamy and thick, with every macaroni shell filled with sauce and large chunks of lobster. It’s a perfect match.The bread is also yum, very buttery, soft, and fluffy.My boyfriend likes the chips; they are thick-cut, crispy, and have no oily taste.The NY cheesecake is a must-order—silky, rich, and amazingly soft, served with yogurt and jam. Not heavy at all.NY cheesecake has always been my last option as I’ve tried quite a few that were really awful—either too dense, dry, overly sweet, or even with a weird frozen taste. But the one from Henry was unexpectedly good. The entire cake is kept at room temperature on the serving cart, which is pushed right in front of you to cut the cake.Dining at an American steakhouse is always enjoyable for the gents—generous portions haha. 慕名而来,体验一般2人被安排左喺露台边位,好背光,加上每张枱之间好迫,侍应serve 时机乎会顶到隔离枱,似啲好迫既cafe setting环境多过5星级酒店扒房。👍:食物来讲觉得龙虾汤、牛扒伴碟嘅粟米芯、cheese cake最好食,above average水准。🤔:西冷牛排medium rare,内里好多脂肪筋,牛扒肉味淡。铁板Brownie 要加钱但口感味道其实同一般跟餐嘅差唔多,唔加也可。一试无妨,但唔好太高期望查看更多

Just had an amazing dinner at HENRY in Rosewood Hong Kong 🥩✨Starters: We began with Maryland crab cakes— crispy surface, packed with sweet crab flavor, plus the soft, buttery roasted bone marrow. Even the BBQ baby corn was surprisingly good, a burst of sweetness paired with the smokiness of the grill perfectly.The main🥩: We shared the Porterhouse Marango and the juicy Tomahawk. Don’t skip their Iberico pork chop—tender and tasty.Sweet endings: Dessert, last but not least, sizzling brownie, decadent profiteroles, and rich toffee pudding to finish on a high. Drinks & vibes: 🍷Tyler Pinot Noir, the new world wine produced in California, USA. But personally, I prefer French red wine because I love how they offer more layers and complexity in their flavors. There’s a depth and elegance to them, with mineral taste that makes each sip richer and more nuanced.
