The meat wasn't very flavorful, but it was soft and tender, served with a few mustard selections.The crab cake is meaty, full of crab meat—no cheating here!The mac and cheese is so good, creamy and thick, with every macaroni shell filled with sauce and large chunks of lobster. It’s a perfect match.The bread is also yum, very buttery, soft, and fluffy.My boyfriend likes the chips; they are thick-cut, crispy, and have no oily taste.The NY cheesecake is a must-order—silky, rich, and amazingly soft, served with yogurt and jam. Not heavy at all.NY cheesecake has always been my last option as I’ve tried quite a few that were really awful—either too dense, dry, overly sweet, or even with a weird frozen taste. But the one from Henry was unexpectedly good. Just had an amazing dinner at HENRY in Rosewood Hong Kong 🥩✨Starters: We began with Maryland crab cakes— crispy surface, packed with sweet crab flavor, plus the soft, buttery roasted bone marrow. Even the BBQ baby corn was surprisingly good, a burst of sweetness paired with the smokiness of the grill perfectly.The main🥩: We shared the Porterhouse Marango and the juicy Tomahawk.
