Kidnapped my friend to Dolce 88 in JW Marriott to present her with the bday cake. .We bought an Earl Grey Chocolate Cake for her. It is a chocolate sponge cake layered with Manjari earl grey mousse, earl grey ganache and vanilla Chantilly cream. The cake was beautifully presented, half covered by mousse and half by ganache. The subtle infusion of earl grey freshness with the sweetness of the chocolate made each bite refreshing and delightful. It was creamy and well-layered as well. For drinks, I ordered a Small Hot Dark Chocolate. It was sprinkled with cocoa powder and chocolate chips on top. The rich and outstanding chocolate flavour definitely brightened my day. My friends ordered Lavender Lattes and Espresso Shakerato. The cafe had decaf option for one friend to select as she didn’t want to consume caffeine that day. All the coffee was pretty good and standard..The cafe is rather small, with only have high tables and standing seats. The staff were very nice and helpful. They assisted us a lot during our chaotic bday celebration for my friend, patiently waiting for us to get our cake, and offering a lighter for us to light up the candle.

舖头细细,Bar枱大概有8个座位,景观开扬,有d 小摆设装饰。餐牌主要有几款沙律,荞麦面餐,三文治同cakes,餐可以加钱跟汤或饮品等...价钱酒店唔贵,食物大概$40-70,咖啡大概$40-50几蚊。点了香芒大虾沙律,Half Portion Sandwich + 周打蚬汤,两杯咖啡,Espresso Tonic & Honey Latte,仲有朱古力moss cake,大约$240。沙律系用纸兜承载,芒果味甜,大虾新鲜实净,沙律菜无酱汁,好靠芒果嘅汁,一齐食都系有点dry同味道单调。 最好味系周打蚬汤足料,味道鲜味!Sandwich半份偏细,烘到有点过龙,咬落虽然好脆但已经无咩水份好干,加上ham本身都无汁亦唔够香,芝士又唔够流心,成件事好干,味道一般,食完都唔饱🥲咖啡可以话唔入流...本身个base 唔系好掂,所以冲出嚟会饮到咖啡唔好嘅味道...配tonic 用fruity 会比较衬,咖啡系偏苦味但出到香味。 Honey Latte 系有点灾难级,成件事奶水咁,咖啡香味好似困住左咁...最后件cake 有返d 安慰,卖相精致,外表光滑,口质软滑,朱古力味浓,唔错👍🏻唯一系旁边的粒粒,唔sure 系咩,但食落食脆但最后又咬唔难,影响口感。可能本身呢间店唔系酒店直接管理,但在酒店餐厅感觉食物质素应该会好d, 相比起小店cafe 好似仲好味。或者其实佢主要系for人外卖?要求唔好咁高?但JW㖞⋯⋯有点失望!

最近真的很常到港岛工作,有时候工作太忙又要外出工作就只有一个吃轻食的时间,吃一份三文治的话就最适合不过Ham and Swiss Cheese Croissant $55(单点)$95(组合)White Chocolate $44(S)$52(L)$54(Iced)本是为了这里的咸牛肉三文治而来可惜来到时很可惜已经卖光了,改吃相对普通的组合:牛角包夹附著瑞士芝士、烟熏火腿跟生菜~ 选好吃什么以后店员会帮忙翻热但没有热到令芝士完全溶掉的感觉,瑞士芝士跟烟熏火眼的拼配味道不会差,但最令人失望的生菜非常不新鲜,还好牛角包的口感有变得松香柔软挽回分数,整体不过不失啦!另一个来到这里的原因,是因为店家有提供白朱古力饮品!平常喝到的朱古力接近95%都是牛奶朱古力跟不同浓度的黑朱古作制成,喝白朱古力还是首次所以变得很期待啊!喝一口是幼滑重奶香的⋯牛奶似的饮料,带淡淡的可可香气,不是不好喝,只是压根儿没有把它联想到这杯是朱古力呢~ 不过自问未有机会喝过别的白朱古力饮,有人可以告诉我会像我这杯的味道吗?店家是连锁酒店内的一间以grab-and-go为概念,出售自家制蛋糕甜点、三文治和饮料的小小店铺。虽然小店的范围真的有点小,很多到访的客人选择外带,不过店内外仍设有座位予客人即场食用,最赞的莫过于落地玻璃看著湾仔的景观(还有少部份海景),坐在吧台静候餐点到来,忙碌中带几分悠闲写意感,不赶时间的话这里的确是可以慢慢chill的地方啊

揾咗一间食肆试咗几款咁正的甜品,真系令我心情大好呀!首先啱啱试咗粟子塔,外皮酥脆得黎唔会干笠,入口即溶,粟子香浓得黎又唔会太甜,真系啱哂我嘅口味。再嚟讲讲纽约芝士蛋糕,我告你,个芝士质感几smooth,同埋啲杂果帮到手,添咗点清新感觉,一啖几款味道韵滋一齐涌嚟,嚟个一软一松嘅口感contrast,正!转头又试嚟Autumn Breeze,呢款以秋天作主题嘅甜品,我最捞应个焦糖外层,唔止得啲香,啲梨中间层次又提升咗成件甜品嘅层次感。当甜中带脆,再配合软糯嘅梨,喷香!重点系个焦糖同酥皮底完美结合,食落去咁满足!啲甜品除咗靓仔,口感同味道都系高级享受。每一啖都令人回味无穷,真系食货福音嚟!撇除啲华丽造型,讲到底系啲味道俘虏咗心。攞餐具食落,真系令我一瞬间置身于味觉嘅乐园🍰🍫🥧。

金钟万豪酒店有间饼店, 店内大约有十多个坐位,有时候在堂食的顾客不算太多,不需等位,便可以悠闲地坐下喝杯咖啡及品尝五星级酒店的蛋糕,今天看见有白桃蛋糕,便买下来试试,蛋糕分外层白朱古力,mousse , 海绵蛋糕,白桃肉及底层饼干,蛋糕甜度刚刚好,不会太甜,Cappuccino 是偏向苦味及甘香的,咖啡与蛋糕,已经是一餐美味的下午茶。
