Dinner here was delicious. Several of their main courses were quite impressive though it started a bit weak.The taste of the clam with fish broth was good but there is too little bread for us to enjoy the broth/sauce. We initially thought there would be complimentary bread but it wasn't served. Initially they stated they can only serve their grilled bread with a price but later they did serve a very simple bread so we didn't need to waste the sauce.This kind of set a less welcoming atmosphere but then subsequently the main courses were amazing. The wagyu beef cheek was really tender and the baked amadai had a lovely crunch yet remained juicy and succulent. The pasta was also al dente.For the dessert, the most impressive was definitely the charred pineapple. The pineapple and coconut gelato and cream definitely gave a tropical vibe and the white rum in flames was definitely memorable in terms of the aroma and aesthetic.Hope they start serving complimentary bread or at least more bread if you order the clam dish. I still gave 5 stars they did serve a bit of extra bread for free but I felt this should be a complimentary without the need to ask for it.…查看更多
