我同老婆都鍾意食油封鴨髀曾經食過好多間餐廳只有偶爾一兩間係滿意。呢間餐廳嘅油封鴨髀網上流傳係世一,幾年嚟都未有機會試,今日趁住結婚周年,預早訂枱日常呢個傳說中嘅名菜。由於見到前菜都好精美,而且餐廳做優惠,叫一個主菜可以用優惠價$88叫一個前菜,忍唔住叫咗四個嚟試吓。意式薄切油甘魚配橘子甜醋$108一般去食日本嘢都會叫油甘魚刺身,但係配上特製嘅西餐醬汁,令魚嘅鮮味提升咗,層次豐富咗,最神來之筆就係配上法國柑橘仔,唔酸之餘非常清新,如果夾埋一齊食令人非常回味。法式香煎鵝肝配柚子珍珠$88香煎鵝肝好多餐廳都會賣,但有時做得唔好,鵝肝會有筋又或者帶一種腥味,又或者煎得唔夠透,食唔到鬆化嘅口感。但係呢個鵝肝可以話係超水準入口鬆化油分充足而且餘韻悠長,配麵包食,一啲都唔覺得膩口。同樣嗰粒法國桔仔又發揮解膩嘅作用。香煎北海道帶子黑魚子配黑松露忌廉汁$88一般香煎帶子都係會跟白酒忌廉汁,呢度都唔例外,但酒量控制得非常好唔會喧賓奪主,帶子煎得兩面金黃椒香,加上黑松露嘅獨特香味,呢個前菜令人胃口大開。燒法國鵪鶉髀配紅桑子陳醋汁$88除咗去米芝蓮法國餐廳之外,我好少會見到餐廳提供呢個菜式,而且仲係當前菜食。鵪鶉髀燒得啱啱好皮脆肉嫩。蘸上意大利陳醋食,一啲都唔油膩,令人印象深刻。油封鴨髀配杏脯乳酪汁$238期待已久,主角終於出場!外皮煎得非常香脆,一啲都唔油膩。鴨肉本身已經醃過,烤焗得比較乾身,但食落一啲都唔柴,蘸上杏脯乳酪汁,微酸而帶清新嘅味道同呢個鴨髀,可謂絕配,難怪咁多客人慕名而來。低溫慢煮美國和牛面頰配薯蓉$278其他西餐廳比較少出呢道菜,因為牛面頰一般都做得比較嚡口。經過慢煮同埋用紅酒去醃製之後,牛臉頰濃郁嘅牛肉香味進一步提升,而且呢個汁,配埋薯蓉嚟食,真係天衣無縫。香煎南極橙魚配紅桑子果蓉$268食咗咁多嘢之後對呢間餐廳出品好有信心,於是試埋呢一個期間限定嘅南極橙魚。其實本人對於紅桑子汁一直都反感唔鍾意佢嗰種酸味,但不得不讚廚師嘅功力,將紅桑子清新嘅口味調校得啱啱好,再配埋呢個魚真係越食越開胃。橙魚我之前都未食過,所以冇期待,但係個魚皮煎得好香脆,魚肉實淨,魚味都係一般。主要都係靠個紅桑子汁。焗蘋果批伴雪糕$62由於慶祝結婚周年,點都要叫個甜品增加儀式感。蘋果批焗得好香脆,不過啲蘋果就唔覺有特別處理,所以食落都係蘋果還蘋果,批還批,不過如果以呢個價錢都已經冇投訴。整體嚟講,呢間餐廳前菜同主菜都處理得非常好,難怪當日6點半侍應已經話冇吉位,未夠7點已經全院滿座。傳說中嘅油封鴨髀亦都令我喜出望外。另外侍應服務非常專業態度親切。令用餐嘅感受非常良好。不過奉勸各位,如果嚟食真係要訂位。Read More
