As my colleague told me that they released this special bread in September, we decided to visit and have a try..The Yim Tin Tsai Shio Pan's texture had a perfect balance of a crispy outer layer with a slight chewiness, while the inside remained soft and carried a rich buttery aroma. A special touch was the sea salt sprinkled on the bread sourced from the Sai Kung Yim Tin Tsai's salt pan. This unique salt, crafted using traditional methods, retained trace minerals, resulting in a deep brown color after baking. 返工偶尔想对自己好啲,就会走去Bakehouse买个早餐开始一日。同同事一齐去,点咗个原味牛角包加杯flat white。牛角包出炉唔耐,外层脆脆地,一咬落去就掉晒皮,中间层层分明,香牛油味扑鼻,好有口感但又唔会太腻。咖啡方面,奶泡滑,espresso比例啱啱好,有香味又唔苦,饮完成个人都醒神晒。入面环境几舒服,灯光柔和,啱晒早上未完全醒嘅我哋静静地开工前倾两句。Bakehouse 一直都系质素有保证,就算价钱唔平,但食得开心,同埋咁好味又真材实料,唔会觉得唔值。职员都几有礼,见我哋赶住返office,快手快脚帮我哋pack,又细心。早餐食得咁好,一日心情都好咗☕🥐😊。Read More

Sourdough Egg Tart $12.5 On Sunday around 16:30 we got sourdough egg tarts freshly baked.  We ate them when we were home quite a while afterwards but they were still warm. The tarts were super crispy with many thin layers of crisps and the egg custard was sweet enough and smelt very nice of egg. We needed to buy 4 in order to get a box for takeaway.
