I love Greek food because I lived in Melbourne & NY for over 20 years and Greek food used to be our regular meal there. Unfortunately this restaurant wasn’t up to my Greek food expectation. First dish was Hummus and the taste was fine. 2nd dish was Saganaki plantains which is deep fried cheese, the taste was salty. The warm Pita was ok. Greek salad was OK. The last dish was Loukaniko which is Greek sausage and it’s so salty that we only had two pieces and stopped. The Macedonia wine is average but over priced. What a GREAT surprise! 😋I greatly enjoyed a business lunch for three at Artemis & Apollo in Wanchai. It was definitely a memorable experience for all of us! The Greek cuisine was simply fantastic (and I dont usually eat Greek). We started with the Saganaki Platanos and Tzatziki with Pita, both of which were full of flavor. The highlight was the Prawn Saganaki, which was served with a dramatic flair, bursting into flames after the waiter placed it on our table—an unforgettable sight! The Labneh Cheesecake and Greek Iced Tea were the perfect ending to our meal.The staff was incredibly friendly, with Jermie going above and beyond to ensure we were all well taken care of. His warm demeanor and excellent menu suggestions made our visit even more enjoyable.We were lucky to have a window seat, providing a lovely street view and a bright, vibrant atmosphere. This restaurant has been on my bucket list for a long time and I finally had a chance to visit for the first time to celebrate dinner with my friends. We initially reserved a table for 9pm but got stuck in traffic which delayed our arrival. The staff were very friendly when we informed them about our situation and kindly saved the table for us. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm welcome. They were also super helpful when I asked for candles on the dessert to celebrate my friend’s birthday. As for our meal, having ordered one starter and three main courses, I was initially worried that the portions would not be enough. To my surprise, the dishes were very filling. The hummus and pita were warm and homey, and the chicken was soft and tender. The highlight of the night was undoubtedly the prawns which was a spectacle -with the blazing flames and its umami flavor that is paired splendidly with feta cheese. I had lunch at this restaurant with a friend, and it was a fantastic experience. We tried their lunch set, which was both delicious and well-portioned especially for the price. The flavors were fresh and authentic, with highlights including the perfectly grilled halloumi and a refreshing tzatziki. One of the most memorable moments was the flambé-grilled prawns, which were expertly flambéed right in front of us by the server—adding both a touch of theater and incredible flavor to the dish. Oh my God I really didn’t expect the food here was that badI’ve heard a lot of good reviews on this restaurant so we decided to place a visit for our year end gathering first of all, the service was not satisfactory, we had to cancel one person last minute since she was sick but the server gave us attitude, that was not a good start for our dinner. The lunch set at the Greek restaurant is one of my favorite lunches in Admiralty. For $188HKD, you get 3 dips, pita bread, a greek salad to share, and a gyro each. The quality of everything was so good and the dips were seasoned perfectly. The pita bread was warm and so soft and matched the dips so well. Came here knowing it was a black sheep restaurant so thought it should be decent.The hummus was smooth and the olive oil was fragrant. Overall good but wouldn’t say its the best I’ve had.Saganaki platanos was an interesting dish worth trying, it tasted like if you made grilled cheese sandwiches those melted cheeses bits on the edge.Grilled scallops were slightly overcooked and the greek sausage was alright but nothing special. Came here with my family for a casual weekend meal. I haven’t had good Greek food for a long while and Artemis & Apollo certainly didn’t disappoint. The prawn saganaki is a must order. Hummus and taramasalata went really well with pita bread. The pork souvlaki and the pomegranate chicken were both nicely seasoned and the meat were succulent.
