Although the burrata with tomato gazpacho lacked seasoning, the roasted artichoke was a perfect appetizer with crispy skin that tasted like a roasted potato. The grilled corn topped with loads of parmesan was pretty yummy. As a cavatelli lover, their tiger prawn cavatelli was heavenly, cooked to the perfect al dente texture. The Wagyu flat iron is a must-try, grilled to perfect medium and served with delicious sides of confit baby potatoes, king mushrooms, and anchovy butter that enhanced the flavor of the wagyu.The tiramisu was rich and moist with a delicious coffee flavor, while the carrot cake was decently sweet with a balanced taste thanks to the addition of a little bit of salt. Located at a basement in Hollywood road; giving off a rustic yet cozy vibe and exactly like those small bistros in Europe 😍😍 The food portion are quite small so gotta order more haha (apparently they have free flow pasta brunch on the weekends). The atmosphere was very nice in 121BC. I ordered Jerusalem Artichoke, corn ribs, duck ragu and truffle gnocchi. The portions were perfect and each dish was cooked wonderfully. The sauce for the Jerusalem artichoke was very fragrant and the potatoes had the perfect amount seasoning.The corn ribs were seasoned wonderfully as well, with a fragrant hint of truffle.There was a citrusy flavour in the rich tomato sauce for the duck ragu, which I found to be very interesting and unique.
