以前十分喜歡星期六去「二千年廣場3樓」的韓嘉嵐吃午餐,Lunch set 有很多選擇,例如泡菜豆腐湯、炆牛肋骨、石頭飯等,全部都很有韓國風味。無奈一年前突然關門,直到最近見到它原來搬去灣仔,所以今天特別去光顧,打算回味一下,但非常失望。首先,星期六、日及公眾假期已經沒有 Lunch Set 供應,OK,明白的,心想只要食物好味,價錢貴一點都無所謂。兩個人點了「魚卵湯」和「海鮮手打麵」。1) 魚卵湯就是泡菜湯加入煎香了的魚春和魚精子,湯底只有辣味,欠缺蔬菜的甜味,味道很一般。2) 海鮮手打麵,麵質粗粗的,吃不出有什麼特別,很多韓國製造的「即食麵」都比這個麵彈牙好吃。    最失望的是湯和海鮮料,湯淡如水,海鮮全是雪藏貨加熱浸在水裡。新店的佈置比舊店擠,所以坐滿客人時環境有點嘈吵。總括來說,這間「韓嘉嵐」除了店名和以前一樣,味道、價位、環境都大不同了。

海鮮手打麵,麵質粗粗的,吃不出有什麼特別,很多韓國製造的「即食麵」都比這個麵彈牙好吃。
    最失望的是湯和海鮮料,湯淡如水,海鮮全是雪藏貨加熱浸在水裡。

新店的佈置比舊店擠,所以坐滿客人時環境有點嘈吵。

總括來說,這間「韓嘉嵐」除了店名和以前一樣,味道、價位、環境都大不同了。

在韓國交流了一個月,回來的時候還很懷念韓國時候的食物,吃了很多家的韓國菜,覺得這一間算是最正宗的。一去到位於灣仔的新店, 就被幾位說不標準英文的服務員帶位,聽口音應該是韓國人。叫的一個炸醬麵還有一個人參雞湯飯,那個炸醬麵正正常常,但那個人參湯非常入味,值得再來!

之前去過呢間嘅CWB店DINNER,唔覺得特別好,又俾個機會呢間灣仔店。可能因為成個QRE嚟講算平,around $70 - 100 per head, 所以 lunch time 好 full,經驗所得 play safe 最好早一日book 位,不過好彩平得嚟都好食。我又鍾意佢選擇多,亦啱食,同同事 / 朋友一人揀一個再share食,好開心!我試過 book 到房,非常舒適,但係一般坐出面就比較迫同好嘈,不過勉強接受到。去過幾次,最鍾意係個海鮮鍋,海鮮唔少,不過我更喜愛D豆腐,我會揀小辣,因為我會飲晒D湯,咁就唔怕伕到尾太辣飲唔到!食咗前菜,KO埋個鍋D湯同海鮮,基本上我已經食唔落碗飯,要搵人執手尾。仲有海鮮餅,另一至愛,唔係間間韓國餐廳都做得好食,呢間就認真唔錯,不過佢portion 都大,我只能夠食到至多兩塊,所以通常等其他人叫我就沾一塊 不過DINNER我諗我都係唔會俾機會佢住,仲係有D陰影,都係試多幾次 lunch 先!

當然牛肉無美國咁濃郁牛味
但seasoning 無咁鹹 反而好食d

待應大多講英文
我地曾經調轉左豆乾同fish cake 
想refill時出現溝通問題
但佢地都好有耐性
值得一讚

overall 食物滿意 希望爐火問題可以改善一下
特別鐘意餐廳環境 台與台之間有一定空間 
坐得舒適 好適合 3-8 人傾計飲酒BBQ~

The deco was absolutely nice with warm feeling which you rarely get in other korean restaurants in HK.

Loved the Kal gook su ( seafood noodle).firts time i tried.
they put planty amount of seafood in soup and the taste was just amazing.

We read an article in food bloggers about this Kal Gook Su noodle so we decided to try.
Honestly,the quality of food there is very good, Wagyu beef galbi bbq was just melting in the mouth.
the only thing was that because of the place was packed, the service was a bit slow but it was still very good service as they were very humbled and tried to remeber the customers.

We also tried this Infused Soju cocktails which they served in Decanter, was nice with fruit aroma, worthy to try.

Our family went to this Han Ga Ram Cuisine for celebrating  3yrs our wedding anniversary.We ordered the Yuk Hwe ( Seared suprime beef tartar) which is one of my favorite, Chadol Bak e (Thin sliced prime brisket) with slow oven cooked pork belly.honestly, every korean restaurant has the same menus, but this restaurant has some diferent modern menu,yet very authentic! the bbq meats was absolutely tender and yummy.My husband loved the slow oven cooked pork belly which is very rare to find oven cook

honestly, every korean restaurant has the same menus, but this restaurant has some diferent modern menu,yet very authentic! the bbq meats was absolutely tender and yummy.
My husband loved the slow oven cooked pork belly which is very rare to find oven cooked menu in korean restaurant. top korean cuisine in HK for sure!

Comparing this to the restaurant that used to be in Causeway Bay, the interior decor is fantastic, with a very warm ambience. Music selection is unlike anything I've heard at a korean restaurant, a quality selection of jazz, which really compliments the atmosphere.Down to the food, I've always been a huge fan of the marinated beef, which was on point, but more creative dishes like the bulgogi beef sliders and the pork belly were great as well. Down to the food, I've always been a huge fan of the marinated beef, which was on point, but more creative dishes like the bulgogi beef sliders and the pork belly were great as well. Looking at my friend's dishes, Han Ga Ram were good at maintaining quality to traditional korean dishes, meeting the flavour expectation we'd all expect.
Service was humble, they were not impolite and they were organized. They forgot a question or two but it was nothing major, we're only human.
I would definitely recommend this, regardless if you end up liking it or not, its worth the check!

EDIT: Oh wow, I just realized I’ve reviewed this place before – but for dinner at a different location!I went here for a work lunch and had the set menu of bulgolgi beef sliders. I don’t see what all the recommendations are about: the sliders were laughably tiny (lucky I ordered the 3, not 2, set), the beef was fatty and boiled-tasting with bits of gristle, the buns had that sweet, vegetable shortening taste so typical of all Hong Kong baked goods. I went here for a work lunch and had the set menu of bulgolgi beef sliders. I don’t see what all the recommendations are about: the sliders were laughably tiny (lucky I ordered the 3, not 2, set), the beef was fatty and boiled-tasting with bits of gristle, the buns had that sweet, vegetable shortening taste so typical of all Hong Kong baked goods. The cucumber and scallion looked nice, but whatever the smear of red sauce on there was, it added no flavor the slider – don’t worry about it being too picy.

Although it was lunchtime, and the BBQs were not fired up, we still came out smelling of oil and burnt fat.

My friends’ meals looked OK, just average. For the price, I can’t really complain I suppose, but they certainly don’t deserve any special praise.

三小碟有甜薯、芽菜及泡菜,三款味道都不錯:甜薯煮得軟爛入味,甜度恰好;芽菜醃漬夠味不死咸,十分爽口;泡菜辣度適中,味道OK;蘿蔔清湯清甜不淡,也不錯喝;白飯口感較軟,也OK!

到最期待的主菜烤牛肋骨了!對我來說,烤牛肋骨在一家韓食餐廳的地位,就如牛腩在一家粉麵舖的地位一樣,是每個人都會認為不可以做得差的東西!所以第一次踏入這家韓嘉嵐時,我就決定一定要試他們的牛肋骨,而且心諗"一定無死!(吧?)",結果,在我夾起第一片肉放入口中細味後,就完全失望了…牛肋骨肉沒有期望中的柔軟多汁及豐腴牛脂香味,換來的是乾柴堅韌的咬口,而牛脂味也只是隱隱可嚐,肉在口中,仿如嚼蠟…

在接近包場的上午十一點多坐在餐廳內吃午餐,為了維持形象我繼續優雅的端坐在窗口邊的座位上,但內心卻是無限的"囧囧囧",失望到有點想滴淚…內心想的只是"才吃了第一片,剩下的還有這麼這麼多…唉,好失望喔…",而後再多試幾片,也沒有改變…(同一條骨肉出來的貨,為什麼會認為再試會有機會變好 = = ) 肉的份量是給得很夠,但咬在口中我真的覺得是在練自己的牙,真"係牙力少D都食唔到!明明牛肋肉應該是柔軟好咬的,嗚" = =

有冷熱可選,我選了熱的,柚子茶味道正常,甜度適中,是OK的

總括來說,韓嘉嵐的地點、環境及服務都OK,午市套餐份量及價位也是合理的,但以牛肋骨的質素,是不可能吸引人回頭再吃!

呢間是本人很喜歡的韓國燒烤, 去的次數也最多. 味道很地道, 感覺同在韓國食的分別不大.店員服務很細心, 每次都會主動幫手整理嬰兒車, 也很有禮貌解釋每一種菜.推介一係牛肋骨, 牛肉裡面已經經甘甜的漿汁醃過, 很軟很甜很鮮味. 一啖肉一啖飯呢道菜真的非常下飯.另一推介係豬腩肉, 豬腩肉的肥脂肪經過烤後滲透出來, 非常濃郁豐厚的味道. 建議加多個蔬菜籃用菜包住食更好.每次桌上都有好多配菜, 而且部分配菜都回作輪換很有新鮮感. 雖然是配菜但很用心做, 水準很高.其他的肉類都很有水準. 兩個人通常叫兩份肉已經很足夠. 配紫菜包飯, 又飽肚又好食.配返韓國啤酒就更好! 定食的水準也不錯, 份量十足而且配菜很多. 推介豬肉定食.另外套餐也不錯, 韓式套餐總會令人覺得很補充體力很飽.

知道 QRE 有新餐廳還要是之前在 CWB 的韓嘉嵐好想趕快試試.  Lunch set 有十多款選擇, 仍然是$8/90十分便宜. (雖然沒有炸雞啤酒 )前菜薯仔鮮甜, 魚角惹味. 石頭飯的份量不少, 附有蘿蔔湯; 熱騰騰的豆腐海鮮鍋, 料足好好味! 餐後再飲一個冰凍柚子蜜, 真是完美, 值得推介

係2000年廣場果間韓嘉嵐搬左調QRE Plaza以前想食但食極都唔係食呢間XDDDDD經過見到個廣告好想試,點知拖拖下舊舖執左好彩最尾都試到呢間前菜份量都幾多下,同平時出去食一啖起兩啖止唔同除左豆芽菠菜,我覺得個白蘿蔔幾好食爽脆清甜,食完覺得好涼爽XDDDD石鍋飯真係幾足料,本身個size係同出面食冇咩分別但佢d料多,又夠新鮮,幾好食server會問你使唔使幫手拌飯既,落醬之前又會問清楚落唔落以及份量,幾貼心既服務拌飯撈得好均勻,講真撈完以為飯焦無望點知食食下又食到,焦脆香口,唔會太硬太燶,剛剛好海鮮煎餅個餅係跟set既,個份量會細好多不過都足料,多海鮮同埋夠新鮮唔會有怪味餅底好焦香,綿綿地但唔係濕爛個底唔多油,唔會好膩咁兩個set都有配湯個湯真係好多料,一湯好多蘿蔔同牛肉仲有佢d味濃得黎又唔係過鹹,飲完唔似食味精咁要用水沖,都幾好炆牛肋骨呢個係散叫既份量一般,同出面果d一鍋仔差唔多不過佢既肉係大舊,有少少筋有d膠質同埋佢係香甜但味係清既,唔會太油膩我覺得需要改進係keep warm方面用呢d器皿裝,食食下就好易放涼,變相個味道就冇咁吸引柚子茶附送既,好細杯既落既柚子蜜份量剛好,唔會

份量都幾多下,同平時出去食一啖起兩啖止唔同
除左豆芽菠菜,我覺得個白蘿蔔幾好食
爽脆清甜,食完覺得好涼爽XDDDD

石鍋飯
真係幾足料,本身個size係同出面食冇咩分別
但佢d料多,又夠新鮮,幾好食
server會問你使唔使幫手拌飯既,落醬之前又會問清楚落唔落以及份量,幾貼心既服務
拌飯撈得好均勻,講真撈完以為飯焦無望
點知食食下又食到,焦脆香口,唔會太硬太燶,剛剛好

海鮮煎餅
個餅係跟set既,個份量會細好多
不過都足料,多海鮮同埋夠新鮮唔會有怪味
餅底好焦香,綿綿地但唔係濕爛
個底唔多油,唔會好膩咁
兩個set都有配湯
個湯真係好多料,一湯好多蘿蔔同牛肉
仲有佢d味濃得黎又唔係過鹹,飲完唔似食味精咁要用水沖,都幾好

不過佢既肉係大舊,有少少筋有d膠質
同埋佢係香甜但味係清既,唔會太油膩
我覺得需要改進係keep warm方面
用呢d器皿裝,食食下就好易放涼,變相個味道就冇咁吸引

韓風大熱, 有人咁啱見到報紙介紹呢間新開嘅韓國菜, 我地4個人就一心去試.星期日晚6:30pm, 一早打電話訂咗位, 所以唔駛等. 韓籍侍應都好快帶我地埋位, 佢仲識講少少廣東話.我地問係咪新開, 佢話係以前响銅鑼灣, 最近至搬嚟.食韓燒最好當然飲啤酒, 點知落單嘅時候, 侍應至話個酒牌未搞掂, 但可以用其他"方法"去Serve.咁總好過無得飲就照殺, 但結果啲啤酒係唔夠涷.後來問另一個侍應可唔可以落去買酒帶入嚟當BYO, 佢話要收Corkage...即時暈低.咁都算.講番嘢食前菜 - 未試過去一間韓國餐廳可以畀咁少份量嘅前菜, 4個人但每一碟嘅份量係少到不得之了. 問侍應有無得加, 佢話十蚊一碟.烤肉嘅話, 只係點咗牛肋骨同豬腩肉. 非常普通. 平時去開幾間, 會連生菜上, 呢度固之然係無, 問, 又係答要加錢, 算, 咁照加.另外, 叫咗個海鮮蔥餅,  份量比平日去開嘅餐廳又係細一個碼, 但價錢相約仲有個豆腐海鮮泡菜湯, 個湯唔夠熱.趁星星熱, 見有炸雞都叫咗一份唔辣, 本身想雙拼, 但又係唔可以嘅. 唔夠熱, 無味. 只可以話可能好食過老麥同KXC.至於服務, 除咗一入門口帶位嘅

烤肉嘅話, 只係點咗牛肋骨同豬腩肉. 非常普通. 平時去開幾間, 會連生菜上, 呢度固之然係無, 問, 又係答要加錢, 算, 咁照加.
另外, 叫咗個海鮮蔥餅,  份量比平日去開嘅餐廳又係細一個碼, 但價錢相約
仲有個豆腐海鮮泡菜湯, 個湯唔夠熱.
趁星星熱, 見有炸雞都叫咗一份唔辣, 本身想雙拼, 但又係唔可以嘅. 唔夠熱, 無味. 只可以話可能好食過老麥同KXC.
至於服務, 除咗一入門口帶位嘅嗰位韓國人侍應態度比較好之外, 其餘嗰幾個完全係趕客.
叫極唔應, 後來追加啤酒, 漏單. 
價錢唔平, 服務差, 唔會再去.
仲激發本人要專登開呢個account, 响呢度寫第一篇食評.

結果响一肚氣之下, 再要轉場去銅鑼灣食串燒.
