四月下旬‧炎热很久未扫街了,虽然这里入了舖,但也有一点点扫街感觉,来吃个印尼捞面。要等,那先吃快一点有得食的,就来一串螺肉。螺肉没有什么味道,只是弹牙。但要了劲辣汁,真的不易与。查看更多

第1次写既食评,就揾问小食店黎写喇每日放工都会必经的小食店,而我亦例牌每日惠顾一次!这问的最出名当然就是店名中的鱼蛋,但我今次主要介绍是12蚊3块烧鱿鱼喇!有分辣同唔辣.我系好辣之人当然就拣左辣!第1次食是店预先弄好的.一打开已经闻到鱿鱼的味道,不要以为和那种$30元的鱿鱼苏,只有味道而唔好食!甘跪可口,而且辣既程度,我觉得适中,所以食到小辣既您都可以试下!而我第2次就系食即叫制的烧鱿鱼,比较湿身和有很多油,但味道也是没变的!只不过是软身并不跪口!这间第2样值得我推介的食物是鱼蛋,也是分大小及不辣,而我只能食小辣!因为大辣真的很辣,建议未食过的是先试试小辣.鱼蛋本来和其它店的并没有分别太大,最重要是其酱汁,好香,因为真系好特别,食完1粒又想再食多1粒既冲动反而我觉得衬落烧卖到1d都唔衬!服务同卫生都好好的!查看更多

I've walked past this shop many times, but every time I come past I was already filled to the rim. Anyway, after a not so full lunch session during a weekend, I was finally awarded the chance to try this Famous Fish Balls and Satay Sauce Specialist, which has many branches in HK. Its actually so well known, a couple of their other local Fish Ball competitors even referred me to try here...My Spicy Fish Balls skewer came within no time. Its been previously par-cooked and had sat there in the broth for who knows how many hours. The so-called Proprietary, Secretive Satay Sauce in Chan Gei I've got to admit, was quite fragrant in a Cantonese type of way...The tiny fish balls however had a bit of fishiness to it and were quite compacted and dense, but not quite packing a heap of fish taste on top of the flour.
