烧味对我黎讲系平常食极都唔会厌既港人至爱食物, 依间位于湾仔烧味人气店, 午市经常大排长龙, 深受附近上班一族欢迎, 系依区数一数二既高质烧味餐厅餐厅用左古井烧鹅, 用自家秘制陈皮酱腌制, 完美还原古早味道, 黎到又点可以唔叫佢地既原只至尊古井烧鹅脾拼油鸡饭呢卖相吸睛而又肥美既烧鹅脾, 未食都已经闻到香味, 烧鹅外皮非常薄脆, 油香突出, 脂肪比例适中, 唔会太瘦或太肥, 烧鹅肉咬落软熟之余, 味道浓郁, 配埋个烧味汁咁食味道更加香, 以对比知名既深井烧鹅某餐厅, 的确唔输蚀! 值得再黎encore, 油鸡比想像中入味, 鸡皮薄嫩带Q弹感, 肉质嫩滑, 配埋姜蓉同饭一齐食好好味!另一碟系黯然销魂饭, 即系半肥瘦叉烧加煎双蛋, 配左餐厅既大将烧肉汁, 叉烧肥瘦相当适中, 入口软熟带油香, 配埋煎蛋汁拌匀咁食真系停唔到口, 但如果要我拣边款值得再翻头食, 我一定会拣烧鹅!店员服务同速度都唔错, 落单后到送野食黎只系10分钟内, 算系几快手!

平时去湾仔食烧腊饭都系去「再兴」,今次试下呢间「竺扶大班烧味」,佢招牌菜系「黯然销魂饭」即系叉烧煎双蛋饭但要成六十几蚊,咁就先试下佢嘅烧味双拚先啦,如果好食下次再点,虽然价钱比再兴贵少少但觉得物有所值,厚切浓边半肥叉够淋,熏蹄口感唔错烟韧弹牙,酱汁惹味饭香松软,夜晚繁忙时间都几满客,原本单人座了一个卡位为了迁就一家大细食客都被迫调了位,亚姐便特意送上一碗例汤作补偿都几窝心........☺️🤗😉

𠮶晚入大埔萤火虫仲夏夜,大热天时睇虫前,整碗烧味饭、黎杯冻奶茶,人生乐事也。I’ve been to this siu mei diner in Wanchai before, noticed that its branch is now available in Tai Po, it’s my ritual to have their signature roasted goose and pork belly on rice, with my kind of saints under this hot weather: HK-style milk tea. The milk tea here is an absolute winner, so as their siu mei, as they prove themselves by a wall mounted with golden trophies and certificates. ☕️ Iced Milk tea: Served with crushed ice, their formula was very well articulated, perfect balance between the tea & authentic brand of evaporated milk, most importantly, it’s prepared by a cheerfully hyper staff at the open kitchen counter. Three thumbs up (if I happen to have an extra thumb)! 🐤 Roasted goose & roasted pork belly: The sauces are gem, sweet tangy house-mixed mustard sauce for the crispy pork belly, and unlimited self-served candid plum sauce for the golden roasted goose. Skin light and thin, in-between that and the flesh goes the legit layer of shimmering fat, that’s how a delicious piece of roasted goose should be. 🥕 Veggies in soup & Soup of the day: Crunchy, fresh, well blanched, kept in luscious green, this choy sum is what you’ll need to go with the siu mei. Never forget a complimentary bowl of comforting carrot & turnip with pork soup.

去到餐厅门口已经见到好多人企喺到等入座所以拿拿林攞张飞先呢间好多人话出名食叉烧烧鹅所以嚟食得梗系嗌名物食吓等咗约莫15-20分钟左右就入座分别叫咗叉烧烧腩濑粉($54)同埋叉烧烧鹅濑粉($62)嘢食一嚟到就即刻食咗旧叉烧先可能我唔记得咗叫半肥瘦吧食落去觉得无咩特别 肉质口感偏干身酱汁较咸 因为天气热 所以我叫咗濑粉觉得配饭应该会好啲烧腩仔就皮脆 唔错嘅烧鹅就三样入面觉得相对好食嘅伴碟嘅菜 就建议最好唔好食喇因为我谂住放落汤再食嘅时候就见到汤面飘浮著... 明嘅就明啦整体来说 个人而言 正常发挥 无咩特别要排队食就未必会再返桌

呢间系唔少打工仔嘅Comfort food,但最近都成为咗游客嘅热店。平时钟意叫佢嘅豉油鸡拼烧腩仔饭,烧腩仔脆口,其实都偏肥,但咁先好食⋯豉油鸡好嫩滑,酱油甜甜地超好𩠌饭,另外通常都会加个老火汤,因为呢度啲汤都几足料,几好饮。一星期每一日都会有唔同嘅汤。
