看著桌上調味料，玫瑰鹽耶，有點品味！食串燒當中必定點的一定是羊肉串，撒上點孜然，剛端上來的時候表面的油還咕嘟的鼓著氣泡，看 著就想趕緊吃上一口。來一客蒜蓉牛油焗雜菌吧，越簡單的，就越難做得好。牛油的香味令菇菌更香，少鹽的牛油味道恰到好處，入口還帶種煉奶味。脆皮滑雞片也是食串燒時經典必選，選擇肥瘦恰當、軟嫩多汁的雞肉，香氣獨特的孜然醃漬去腥後，點綴辣椒粉微微刺激味蕾，入口迷幻的香氣令人為之酥麻。如此皮脆肉嫩的效果，伴上惹味的雞汁，讓人無不啜指回味。一整隻新鮮魷魚，刷上店家特調醬汁，經過炭火烤後，很讚。魷魚鬚的部分烤得較乾但卻很香脆，如果喜歡吃辣再加點辣椒粉慢慢咀嚼鮮甜滋味。稍微提個建議，如果有檸檬汁擠一擠更棒。咸蛋冬菇臘腸竹筒飯是我怎麼也想不明白為什麼會在燒烤店出現的食物，因為出現澱粉類的主食其實對串燒店來說不就很快填飽客人的肚子以致他們點少了串燒嗎？！但是，這道確實是驚喜，每粒飯都沾滿了鹹蛋黃，沙沙的口感香得不得了，感覺好像起碼用了兩個鹹蛋黃的份量，咀嚼中又品嘗到臘腸和冬菇的香氣。日式煉奶燒麻糬是少見的東西，送上來是4塊如棉花糖般的小磚，還伴濃稠煉奶和花生碎。先沾煉奶嚐一口，再沾花生碎一口吞下，從香甜到香口，完全兩種口味層次的享受。腐竹糖水冰沙是今天的驚喜，腐竹具有濃郁的豆香味，做成糖水後的味道清甜滋潤，而變成冰沙之後，綿密中帶冰涼，冰涼中帶奶香，真是甜入心呢。最後完美的點綴是這碗木耳桃膠桂圓糖水，和上面的腐竹糖水冰沙是完成不同的甜品，桃膠有種好像在食啫喱的感覺，搭配桂圓似甜不甜，就算不喜歡吃甜點的男生應該也很喜歡這糖水。吃著串燒，大聲說說笑，樂極無限。這才是正確的生活態度嘛！
