回到香港的家的第一餐,就在附近的大本营吃中菜,毕竟在北欧不易找,也不会故意去吃。这家本新川沪菜餐厅在之前吃的午餐碟头饭,感觉一般,来到晚饭就觉得比较出色,不知道是因为思港情切还是真的水准更多好就是。酥炸黄鱼外表够脆,内里鱼肉软溶,肉香直接而且够干爽;醉鸡和水煮牛肉也够入味,没有奇怪的味道和口感,后者辣劲和麻劲也够,这里不是油塘唯一能吃水煮式的地方,但餐厅够干净,吃起来更放心。For my first meal back home in Hong Kong, I visited a nearby Shanghai/Sichuan restaurant in Domain. While a previous lunch experience was average, dinner was far more impressive—perhaps it was nostalgia, or a genuine improvement in quality. The deep-fried yellow croaker was perfectly crispy with tender meat. Both the drunken chicken and poached beef in chili oil were well-seasoned, with the latter delivering a satisfying spicy and numbing kick.
