想当年一家人常常去酒楼吃饭妈子隔一阵子就会怀念从前所以我们会去曾到访过的酒楼边吃饭边想当年我俩特别喜欢一些当年吃过的手工粤菜因为多功夫而且工序繁复,坊间已买少见少例如潮汕经典炖汤-咸青榄炖猪肺汤以猪肺配咸青榄慢炖,够清润又滋补我则喜欢吃普宁豆酱焗马友鲜嫩马友鱼经焗制后再佐以咸鲜普宁豆酱,鲜美好吃草菇煸乳鸽的做法增添了炒香草菇的菇香,别有风味
黄金石榴带子有别于一般蒸煮做法以蛋皮包裹带子馅再炸至酥脆,吃起来更香脆 继续阅读

到咗追求健康养生嘅年纪又开始会想带屋企嘅长辈去食啲特别菜式知道有呢个「尝当年手工菜」 粤菜系列就想趁有时间带佢哋重温一下当年情怀滋味我哋后生嘅又可以试吓呢啲手工繁复、买少见少嘅功夫菜今次一行四个人,叫咗四𩠌一汤:✨「咸青榄炖猪肺汤」 —— 系一款潮汕经典养生炖汤,猪肺洗得好干净,再配咸青榄慢炖,汤水清而不沌,饮落滋补又清润,一人饮咗两碗。✨「荷包黄玉参」—— 同样系潮汕年节嘅名菜,黄玉参入面酿满虾胶,再慢焖三小时,一咬落去Q弹嘅口感,层次丰富,寓意又好,伴咗个酱汁可以点,调味恰到好处,显得出师傅嘅功架。✨「草菇煸乳鸽」—— 乳鸽肉质非常软熟,而且好入味,酿入炒香咗嘅草菇,肉嫩菇香,两只原只乳鸽上枱,份量十足。✨「黄金石榴带子」—— 呢个胀卜卜外型似石榴寓意吉祥嘅𩠌,原来系以蛋皮包住带子粒做馅,再将外皮炸至酥脆,外脆内软,系传统同新派嘅结合。✨「普宁豆酱焗马友」—— 马友鱼油丰腴,肉质鲜甜细嫩,以砂锅焗制佐以咸鲜普宁豆酱,完美提鲜,钟意食鱼嘅我哋,连鱼头都食埋。餐厅环境都算宽敞枱与枱之间都有一定程度嘅空间楼面嘅服务员姨姨都好友善 乳鸽都系上到枱会帮你剪埋如果剪第二个𩠌又会帮你换另一把铰剪任务成功✌🏻长辈们都食得好开心所有菜式都好特别,唔系度度都有得食有营养而且口感柔软易咀嚼啱晒一家大细同长老一齐品尝👍🏻 继续阅读

年初三午餐,想饮茶又想有少少特色,最后拣咗潮州菜,预早订左枱,到时等咗5分钟就有得入座,不过新年实在太多人,全场座无虚席,比较嘈吵食潮州菜唔少得要叫煎蚝饼,蚝饼煎得香脆,蚝肉份量适中呢个系脆炸韭菜饼,外边炸粉较厚,内里是狗菜混合粉浆,如果粉浆可以做得质地比较烟靭就较好虾饺系我每次饮茶都必叫嘅菜式,呢度嘅虾饺虽然唔算好大粒,但系馅料爽脆新鲜呢碟肠粉包海鲜卷非常出色,并唔系普通嘅肠粉包春卷,而系肠粉外皮包住一层脆脆炸粉再有一层紫菜,里面就系虾肉,加咗紫菜,大大增加咗呢碟脆脆肠粉嘅特色👍🏻👍🏻叫咗一碟炒银针粉,味道正常,不过比较油腻水晶包亦系潮州菜必点嘅点心,因为我唔钟意食莲蓉嘅关系,我拣咗豆沙馅,外层嘅皮非常烟靭,豆沙馅唔会太甜芒果炸虾球都好出色,虾球大粒到要切开食,芒果汁味道都唔错👍🏻 继续阅读

Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Price | Easy Access | Wheelchair | Easy Parking🙂 Restroom Cleanliness | Cake Cutting Fee😠 Pet Friendly | Corkage FeeThis Maxim’s group restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui right beside the Star Ferry Pier. They have some other branches in Hong Kong but this one has a nice view overlook the Victoria Harbour. They serve Chiu Chow cuisine and price performance is good. Ambience is good . They have restroom inside the restaurant but needs to be improved. They do charge corkage fee but for cake cutting fee, they only charge those cakes from non-Maxim‘s group cake shop. It is easy to access to this restaurant, you can take bus, ferry, minibus or even MTR, use exit L6 Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station / East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. Parking is easy but no free parking. You can park in Ocean Terminal. This Star House is right next to Ocean Terminal and Ocean Centre around the corner opposite to HK Science Museum / HK Cultural Centre. They have many varieties of chiu chow dishes from the menu. Surprisingly, the dish portion is quite big. Goose slices, oysters omelette, vegetable etc… are so good! Except for the deep fried fish, we can hardly finish the dishes. The soup we ordered is relatively not impressing cos it is too creamy to our taste for a chinese style soup. But the almond flavor is strong. For the desserts, they are so so but I like the deep fried chiu chow dumplings which are not oily at all and the flavor is balanced. Not too sweet to me!
